High Temperature Ceramics Bar codes
A barcode represents numbers or letters in a machine-readable format that can be decoded, recorded and processed by a computer system when read by a barcode scanner. Barcodes are most common and proven technology for automating fast and accurate data capture. The data in the barcode can automatically identify their physical things like trade items (products & services), assets, logistic units, shipments, and physical locations and relationships, parties and locations at any point in the supply chain.
Ceramic Barcodes
Sepia ceramic barcodes are used for intolerable environment where conventional barcode labelling could not survive. Sepia ceramic labels has been specifically designed for use at typical firing temperature used in the manufacture of sanitary ware. Maximum temperature of kiln is from approximately 1000°C up to 1,250°C. These labels are available in a range of designs and formats to suit various extreme conditions, for temperatures up to 1,200°C, and prolonged exposure to chemical, acids and aggressive solvents. We can modify the label formulation for each customer's production conditions.
